What customers say?

“ The overall dining experience was pleasant. The service was attentive and professional, and the meal flowed smoothly from start to finish. However, while the presentation and atmosphere were refined, some dishes lacked balance and depth of flavor. The mushroom dish was overly salty, parts of the grilled fish had a slightly bitter taste, and the salad had a grainy texture — it was unclear whether it came from fine salt or actual sand. Overall, while the experience was enjoyable, the flavors and execution still fall short of Michelin-level refinement. ”

“ The restaurant is located between the JW Marriott and the Ritz-Carlton, with its own entrance or access through the hotels. The décor is modern and sleek, nothing over the top, but it definitely has a high-end feel and the prices reflect that. We ordered the tuna & foie and the Hamachi as starters, followed by the wagyu picanha frites and the pappardelle bolognese as our main dishes. The food was good, but to be honest, I expected more flavor and better execution. The pappardelle came with a meat sauce, but it was dry, there was basically no moisture or richness, which is disappointing for a bolognese. I mentioned this to the waiter, and he told me he would inform the chef, but that was the end of it. They also didn’t have spicy oil, so I asked for cayenne pepper mixed in oil as an alternative. It’s not a Michelin-starred restaurant though it is mentioned in the guide but in my opinion, it doesn’t live up to the hype. I actually preferred Primo at the JW Marriott much more. ”

“ The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is the decor of the restaurant, I didn't feel like I was in an upscale place it felt more like a resort restaurant than a 5 star restaurant. The service was impeccable ,the breads were amazing, the small dishes that are complimentary were very good. The entree of Hamachi though very small had amazing favors. The house special aged steak was perfectly cooked. I didn't really like the chocolate desert it was a bit dry, I would prefer a flower less cake dense accompanied by the mouse and the thin chocolate paper. Pricing is a bit high. Other than that good experience. ”
